Best way to expand palate/maxilla? (Marpe sarpe mse etc) surgical ways are fine aswell.

I have a narrow palate aesthetically, and my dumbass NHS dentists obviously wont give me anything as it doesnt cause sleep apnea, so im looking for the best lateral maxilla expansion to get done on me once i can afford.
