Palate Expander?

My palate is quite narrow so I have been looking into MARPE or just generic palate expanders. Is it worth it to go into the orthodontist and larp saying its bc i bite my tongue too much? I want the ROI to be quite decent before I fraud so my insurance covers it. Im 17 btw.
