gotta work the glutes, your core and develop hamstring strength and hip flexors this will reallign ur pelvic tilt, also incorporate stretches and shi

It's very easy, just stretch your hip flexors and train your glutes

so do I js work legs in general at home?(I don't go to the gym yet as you have to pay £50 a month + can't use weights till 16)

I live in a rich area so thats the closest, other is 25 but a 3 pound bus ride which takes like 15 mins

glute bridges, planks, hip flexor stretches, RDLs

Doing these everyday is better than going to the gym for leg day because leg day at the gym can (should) only be done 2x per week
