I think you usually get it with braces? but im not sure

also please go to an ortho, that's their job and will 100% know better than me but I think you should ask specifically for a herbst from them

14 is honestly prime time, I dont wanna push you to do something you dont wanna but your gonna get the most results during peak puberty, after that your not gonna see many changes and will probably need to get surgery. You should look at the puberty maxxing guide in BOTB it will give you a better idea of what to take

Agreed, but braces aren't going to give him the results he wants, he needs to stimulate growth.

unless its wisdom teeth (yours probably havent even come in yet) dont let them take it teeth out, it commonly leaves people recessed, theres really no reason a growing boy needs to have teeth removed before his jaw is even fully developed
