Best way to gain eyelash/eyebrow thickenss?

I’m looking for a way to get thicker browse and lashes. I’ve heard many people say minoxidil and oral minoxidil work well for brows, but I’m not sure which one is better. Also, from what I’ve heard eyelash serums are 90% cope, and Latisse is out of the question because I would need a prescription for it so I’m not sure what to do there.

Everything who is topical is cope or it works but not THAT good , orals are the best and if you want it to be even better use both , oral minoxidil and castor oil ,or topical minoxidil if you want , but if you can choose only one it would be oral minoxidil 2,5mg if you’re starting
