Deadlifts and squats
bullshit, they will only stunt your progress. I want to beat in the face the one who has made up a theory that these exercises help grow upper body due to HGH and T release, that's fucking 100% bullshit

Literally just train these muscles 2-4 times a week with a big volume, avoid training legs and eat in a surplus

Shoulders > tricep > chest (shirt)
Shoulders > chest > triceps (shirtless)
Cable lateral raises and sitting dumbbell shoulder press for shoulders,
Decline, flat and incline bench press for chest and lateral triceps (this tricep head can be seen from the side, front and back. Second biggest tricep head. Needs no direct work)
Cable tricep extensions for long head of the triceps (biggest tricep head. Needs isolation work)
