Get leaner than 10bf and be as softmaxxed as possible. Ur collagen should NOT descend when U are debloating and leaning down. Most guys I see who are truly lean have the most softminned face I've ever seen. Wrinkles, eyebags, shit collagen and folds. Let's say u remove these age related issues on those lean faces. U would get htn plus face if not deformed bones. Opinions? Id say leaning down only won't do much

Leaning down is 80 percent. Softmax if done very well. Will be 20 percent. Maybe it'll even be 50/50 if u are truly. Softmaxxed
