Currently at 25% bf right now (chud i know, I'm self aware). The internet has 0 good ways to get lean quick, It's mostly just a high calorie coping diet or an ass workout which doesn't even make u sweat. I'm tryna get down to at least sub 15% bf

I know but most diets online show a good calorie "deficit" to be 2000-3000 calories. Which i know for a fact Doesn't work. What's a good calorie deficit amount? (Amount of calories btw)

you don't lose weight quickly. even a thousand calorie deficit means you'll lose 1kg every 7.7 days

do as big of a deficit u want

imo do a slight ~400 calorie deficit
resistance train
focus on carbs, keep protein at 1.6g/1kg bw
walk more, don't be rotting for hours on end

Just take peps bro, there isn't another way to get lean quick. Even if u do a calorie deficit it will still takes months, good luck sticking to a diet
