As you can see, my whole face is covered in fat. You can't see this when I'm looking straight, but once I slightly move my head down, it becomes really noticeable. I weight 74 kg and my height is 180 cms, so not, I'm not overweight. I'm trying to lose bodyfat, and I actually have some slight hollow cheeks in different lighting. Anyways, besides bimax, what surgery or treatment would help me to lose that submental bloat?

PD: no, my jaw is not recessed; it's covered in fat.

No, bro. I know I'm not recessed, because I can clearly see my bones and jaw if I don't look down. Like, I look recessed when the fat stars to appear.

Well, my dad and grandpa had the same issue through their entire life. It's genetical. But if you aren't going to help don't comment. Bruh.

Mew & chin-tuck like @Salludon did, it'll magically disappear after a while.

Already did that in a thread. My jawline is visible, but my jaw loses all definition when I look down, because of the submental fat.

Salludon got a surgery. Mewing doesn't really work. At least that's my opinion.

practically everyone's jaw happens, if you look down the fat will obviously cover, you would need a bigger jaw and 12% or less fat to look decent looking down, and a good hyoid bone

clearly you dont, because you cant even see your recessed

I can. My chin is recessed. But when I'm sitting straight, my jawline is clearly visible. Then, my submental fat makes it to seem to be super recessed.

Yeah, and my hyoid bone is not good. Like, I have way too much fat, and I'm asking about removing some of that genetical submental fat.

I don't want to do bimax, bro, even though it's the best thing aesthetically-wise. That's why I'm asking for some other options.

I already know that. But I'm trying to get a minimal bodyfat + beard before. A bimax is a really expensive operation that's not gonna be worth, in my opinion. Unless I earn a lot of money and can pay it, something that's not happening soon.

genetic coper
Well, our genetics are the 90% of us. You can looksmaxx, but, at one point, you'll be stopped by your genetics.

It will worth. For cheaper price, you can always consider different countries like Russia, Turkey, India etc who could perform this surgery.

I'm already doing that bro. I look better than them. But my side is still bad.

You have also short face syndrome as well (I have same problem). I bet your front profile is bad too right?

No. I've been told to be HTN from front by like +10 members from here. My side is low tier. My goal is to get to 12 bf, grow and trim a beard to make my profile average, so I can ascend to 5 PSL with gymcelling. And no, I don't suffer from SFS.

How can you be HTN with this side profile

HTN by front, bro. That means that my front is above average but my profile is below average. So I need to fix my profile in order to reach 5 PSL.

I have checked your post history and yeah kinda HTN tbh. Looks like your tongue posture pretty bad. Surgery may be not necessary but consider this. Go leanmaxx and see what you got. Good luck

Show you body whats your bf%?

Recessed AND downswung. This forces the tinge to sit at a lower level making it appear fat

Also the chance that you have slight cervical lordosis that compacts the soft tissues which are not fat. What looks like bloat is actually sagging muscle and skin. Similar issues to mine.

I'm fixing my posture, bro, but yeah, it was not the best. What can I do to fix it?

Im assuming you spend a lot of time in front of a computer in a seated position, to maintain breathing for duration of time the body adapts by having a different neck posture.

You'd have to adjust the posture of your breast bone while seated so that the neck can be straight. Uprighting the cervical column is a good habit. Problem with this is that it makes it harder to perform your tasks when seated (if you work a desk job.) You'll just have to catch it, you want posture your head relative to your neck in an extended position to allow more tongue volume to rest in your oral cavity. Combining these can help straighten out the cervical column. When you do this, the muscle/skin tissues are repositioned over a greater surface area and appears less sunken. This is unsustainable though since it's hard to make a habit (less efficient breathing trying to maintain good posture because of structural problems like recession/downswung face.)

CCW rotation of the maxilla would allow the tongue to get out of the throat improving your submental region since more of the tongue volume would be in the mouth. A few mm of facial protraction translates to even more 3 dimensional space for your tongue.
