Whats the best way to stay in a calorie deficit long term, my base apetite is so high I could genuinely eat 2 pizzas in one sitting.
I’m tryna keep calories under 2100 while doing 10k steps 4x a week and gym 3x a week but its a pain in the ass.
Don’t wanna do reta yet wanna first get the habits right plus i don’t live alone don’t want 20 vials in the fridge necessarily but damn cutting is hard as fuck
