Is to eat freely for 7 days while gymcelling preferably minimally processed foods then do a 2 day fast.Continious deficit is stressfull as fuck.so 2 day fast every 9 days and slight deficit in the remaining.

idk im in deficit for years and i dont find it difficult, slight deficit, lost less thank 10kgs in 1 year or more

the best way to leanmaxx aesthetically is to be in a slight caloric deficit and exercise (weight lifting) on top of that.

This thread is for those who struggle
my solution is that i feel "bad and a failure" after i eat junk food so the guilt makes me eat nothing except meat, vegetables and fruit its really hard to get fat eating only those

i have always wondered, its the result of a slight caloric deficit better than results from a very big calorc deficit? In my personal experience losing weight slowly made my face much more defined than when i loose weight quickly

Low intensity cardio on seated bike for 1 hour around 180bpm daily is the thing that works for me, if I don't do the cardio the result is just not there, I do it an hour after weightlifting. (5 times a week for weightlifting)
For the diet I do around 800-1000 calorie deficit below my maintenance.

some tips for the seated bike cardio :
* The first 10 minutes will be the hardest, from that point onwards it feels automatic, just like breathing (just made you breathe manually :feelshah:)
* Get hydrated throughout the day because you're going to sweat a lot on the bike, and prepare a mini towel.
* Watch something while you do it, preferably something productive.
