Go buy good quality ground beef.
Go buy Papaya, water melon or coconut water.
Go buy raw milk if you tolerante lactose.
Breakfast: 6 raw eggs with some fruit of choice and 200-300 grams of raw ground beef
Lunch: Eggs as many as you want, 200-400 grams of meat and some juice to hydrated (raw milk or fruit juice)
Dinner: half a liter of raw milk with eggs or ground beef only, you can add some fruit but fruit is just to make to more pleasurable for a beginner,
dont over eat fruit eat small portions and mostly for hydration
