I had a similar issue recently, I didn’t wanna do nofap so I decided I’d only allow myself to coom on sundays, on other days I cant coom solo, I now get 110% rock hard whenever I see something hot

Eating junk food actually gives you better erections. Low carb/low fat results in lower T and therefore lower erection quality.

When dieting and I have a cheat meal I could literally poke a hole through my duvet the next morning.

1. Find out if you have a relatively tight or weak pelvic floor. Construct a routine including kegels or reverse kegels, stretches, and exercises depending on which one.

2. Stop watching porn. For good. Do your best to not even seek out anything involving sexual material or nude girls. And make sure you’re not constantly seeing an Instagram feed or tik toks or whatever showing a lot of suggestive pics/videos or sexualized content. It really fucks up your brain more than you think and makes you appreciate girls in real life less, hence less horny for them.

3. Stop masturbating. Practice healthy edging instead and make sure you’re deep breathing properly during these sessions. You can release every couple weeks or week depending on what works for you.

4. Get your diet under control. You don’t need dairy and refined carbs, as they’re anti inflammatory foods that aren’t good for you. Make sure your carbs (from good sources) and fats are high. Also this shouldn’t need to be said, but stop smoking or doing drugs.

5. Exercise every day. Heavy lifting 5 days a week and some kind of cardio twice a week. You can alternate between running, HIIT sprints, and boxing for the cardio. All good for testosterone and good for blood flow circulation.

6. Get a blood test to make sure all your nutrients and hormones are up to par. Testosterone, thyroid, vitamin D, magnesium and so many other deficiencies can cause you to not be reaching your libido/EQ potential. Make a supplement plan depending on the areas you could use a boost in.

7. Eventually incorporate jelqing which even if you don’t gain from it will improve your EQ.


You don’t need penis pills or specific dick boosters of any kind. You’re probably young and for biological purposes humans are meant to have raging hard ons lasting way longer than most pathetic males in our society have them. Follow these steps and you’ll be good.
