Besides reta and any stimulants what are the best ways to get lean and how to make starving easier

Reta is prob the best option, if u can’t afford that just do stimulants up to wtv level your comfortable with for your health, and track ur calories with a 500-700 calorie deficit a day

starving for 3 days isnt as easy as i thought back in the days so i would say having a high balanced hormonal diet with decent proteins and decent micro nutrients really low carbs 20-30gr daily, and your deficit will be 2/3 of you daily intake high proteins to try keeping as much lean tissue as possible in that body, mantain that diet for 2 months than 2 to 3 weeks of maintnence, high proteins and carbs refuel and repeat as many times as you can till you mantally break down
