im 136 5'11 with little muscle.

If you want to quickly lose weight.

Make sure you take some supplements or eat nutritional food and eat at like a 500kcal deficit, you could also make sure to maintain well balanced electrolytes and drink a consistent amount of water to help drop water weight on top.

You could add exercise on top if you want to but its really not necessary its mainly just calories that matter.

considering you don't got money for the gym I won't bring reta in the discussion:lul:. Just hop on a caloric deficit although make sure you get 136g of protein a day and let the rest of the calories come from carbs.

don’t go in a deficit, eat ur maintenance if not surplus and work out

ur stats shouldn’t make u fat/overweight/high bf

maybe ur skinny fat and if u are u need to do what i said above, DO NOT DEFICIT / CUT

eat properly and build ur frame

the only way to burn fat is to be in a caloric deficit, but you're 135lbs at 5´11 so don't starve yourself unless you want your hormones to be fucked
