20mg zinc every morning, multivitamin every morning (doses are preset, check label), 400mg magnesium glycinate + 5mg melatonin every night, 30-60mg forskolin every morning, 2g omega 3 every morning, 120mg ginko biloba every morning

why melatonin tho? ur just going to build a tolerance up and youre going to take it for no reason no?

ive took it before i get amazing sleep with it

look up how melatonin pills work its ok if you take them sometimes but if you take them constantly ur body is going to build up a tolerance and u cant sleep without them

thats everything in ur body ngl whats better taking melatonin and good sleep for 3 months or staying up till 4 everyday
 
could u tell me whaat they are
forskolin increases intracellular cAMP activity and cAMP upregulation can help stimulate osteoblasts, which can help with gaining more bone mass. And it also helps with fat loss too but nothing too much. And also gingko biloba is just for cognition, just a small boost. Also it thins blood so when you bonesmash, it thins your blood which will help bruise even more, which helps with subperiosteal hematoma ossification. Some people use aspirin for bonesmashing too but ay, why not get a cognition boost, and bonesmashing boost in one pill?

no, most people have ass sleep so I'm just recommending it since its so common, but only take it on days when u slept bad the night before.
