Basically I know I have to spam back chest, and shoulders for frame, but I only have dumbbells and bench. I have been doing workouts for my chest and shoulders, but all the back exercises I’ve been doing with dumbbells have not been giving the pump, what can I do?
(For more info, I’m staying at a hotel rn so I don’t have a good gym, only dumbbells and a bench)
