i can only train 5 days straight in a week, what kind of split should i do ? also day 2 i only have time for arms + shoulders

so first search for
picture fit abs on yt
and then for jeff seid ab workout
and for v cut put 20 kg in one hand and bend on one side until you fell that not very pleasant felling taht 2 bones are touching. dont do them with weight on each arm. only in one hand have the weight
diet is very imp
if you do it with 48 hours rest between workouts. i say in 3 months you should have at least a crazy v cut (if you are not fat rn)
Don't workout abs too much. I know people say they recover quickly but it is very taxxing on CNSthx bro i'm skinny so i should see results fast for abs and vcut
