i need a routine for the gym starting tommorow.

im 13, 5,6 165lbs/74kg.

can go all days of the week.

wont have the best diet but will try to hit protein everyday.

can someone tell me hhow mch protein i should consume a day with my weight.

and someone give me a routine for every muscle group 7x days a week.

2hours maxium in gym.

Don't train 7x a week its not optimal, just go 4-5x a week eat well and get good sleep. Splits matter less than most people think, its really all about showing up and getting nice sleep. Just don't do bro split or some retarded shit and don't injure yourself
