No you should take a lower dose daily speed running is kinda retarded.

My stack is 100-125k IU daily and then 40mg lycopene + 15mg or so astanthaxin. The last one is optional imo but it’s given me solid results in like 2 months of really being consistent

If you do plan on copying my stack split the 100k dose into 2 50k doses morning and night. Lycopene though just take in the morning

Better, but your eyes look "too alert", try to improve eyelashes or dye them darker tone. Brows as well. But not jet black.

But youre right, I definitely need to fix my eyelashes and possibly eyebrows aswell.
