I'm lightskinned wich looks great in the summer when I'm getting enough sun but I get pale in winter. will beta carotine help me keep my tan and the warmth to my skin or is it only effective for white people.

astaxanthin beta carotene and other carotenoids might help you a little but if youre lightskin the only thing that will actually help you is mt2
