Beta carotene, lycopene, astax dosing?

In the mood for coping and don’t wanna use mt1/mt2 - so how much of these 3 to use daily and which combo gets you to slightly better undertones?

Btw did astax before as an antioxidant and didn’t really notice anything over 2 months, some people seem to get less pale with beta and lycopene is expensive
