I'm taking the NOW natural Beta Carotene it contains 7,500 mcg (25,000 IU) if I want that glow how many am I supposed to take?

like 100k IU, but youll rape your prooxidants/antioxidants ratio, so not worth it

Don't take beta carotene. Be pale. Way beautiful than that orange skin
