I just purchased beta carotene it arrived today I just took it. I’m sitting tons of mixed reviews. I need an honest how busy they’re gonna turn me yellow and orange or are they gonna give me a nice glowing undertone thank you. Also if I do it every other day, will I get a nice glow undertone instead of doing it every day.

I used it pretty much every day back in 2025, and it had no noticeable effect on me that I didn't see from natural tanning. Most likely a cope product, but that's just my experience

yea it can work, the noticeablity depends on ur current coloring. take it everyday and results will show in about a month

It’s cope bro I’ve done beta carotene, astaxanthin, and some other shit that gets the red from tomatoes or something I forgot the name. Just sit out in the sun for 20-30 each side and you’ll be colored. Waiting for a minimal result from a pill when you can js tan is sub optimal.
