Does beta carotene give you a good color tan or does it make you kinda orange?
I told my mom i‘m tryna order some she says i shouldn‘t cuz it‘ll just make me orange, is she wrong?

It will look more natural but good tan is based more on undertones and shit not really something you can change, Just try it.

ive been drinking 1l of oj and 1 big ass carrot and it works my skin tone is yellow when i compare to diff people in public but its not insane i guess u need beta + tan + lycopene to get that gold skin

yeah it won't really give you a 'tan' it will just turn up the orange undertones in your skin would still highly rec tho
