And i wonna take beta carotine for that slight tanned look.
But is it worth it and what are the cons????

I ate lots of sweet potatoes (as much B carotene than carrots) for weeks (smth like 300-500grams a day)
It might have improve a slight bit but going in the sun does 10x more.
If you have an ugly undertone it might be helpful but it's not going to tan you much.
Also, eat tomatoes for lycopene

I am taking 75 000IU for a few months and I can't see a lot of difference+I take 50mg lycopene and 24mg astaxanthin
