my gf noticed that i have a really good looking tan right now, she complimented it several times and i didnt even really tell her what i do for it.

watch out tho, if you are very pale u might turn orange
i took 60mg beta carotene for 4 weeks and then 15mg a day

in capsules. 1 has 15mg, i eat one when i wake up together with biotin, l-arginin, OPC and my citrone water, 1 when i get home from work, before dinner and the last one before going to sleep

now i just take 1 in the morning

Any side effects that you’ve noticed? Besides, does it help with skin glow?
 
I wouldn’t take anything with “beta” on the name

nah no side effects. when i took 4 a day my skin looked yellowish in some lights but it stopped when i took 1 a day.

not really a glow, just better looking colour for me

I'm very pale and it works.

I take 15mg/day and eat a bunch of carrots every day as well as some sweet potatoes, broccoli and cantaloupe melon every now and then

Pretty sure it also makes tanning more effective but that might be broscience

I take beta carotene capsules and eat like 30 carrots a day and still no noticeable change, maybe I need to up dosage.
