Betafusin Vs Hydrocortisone

Is there really any difference in the anti-inflammatory effects both of these products have and which one is worth getting to reduce nose size

I've experienced using hydrocortisone for a month yes it did slightly my nose size but i have to warn you that once you hop off it your nose will be bigger then usual.(Corticosteroid dependency)
hydrocortisone will not do any long term effects of use
No idea on betafusin
