Betamethasone for Nose instead of hydrocortisone

Is it worth it? I dont have hydrocortisone and only have betamethasone. Ive used ut for 5 days, still no irritation tho

Using betamethasone on your nose is risky because it is significantly stronger than hydrocortisone and can damage delicate facial skin
