I recently got a Mexican version of betamethasone and I cant find any info on concentration in the cream I was wondering if this would work for nose slimming. I alr use hydrocortisone but I'm still a big nosecel

I'm in the US I got it from an international grocery store with no script so I didn't have to argue with jeets on indiamart

i apply it on the whole nose and on the first few days it shrunk drastically but the effect hasnt been pronounced lately

hows the result so far im on otc hydrocortisone 1% didn't notice any subtle difference idk whether my alar and nose tip is cause by inflammation or cartilage

its looking slightly smaller, still not peak smallness but i believe ill get there soon
still 0 symptoms or skin dependency

yea i used to just put it on before bed, didnt do that ceran wrap trick cus i dont remember the exact method
i dont do it anymore since the result has just been permanent now

i need intranasal corticosteroids as well, the nose bloat truly doesnt end for me

Ive been using tret but no changes in nose size. Do you mean isotret

I didn’t notice any effects from it. I’m not sure what the concentration is so It could be the lack of the needed strength for shrinkage
