I think your best bet is to add some mandibular or zygomatic width, as well as a rhino + lip lift, to give the illusion of a shorter midface.

If u add width yo zygos ur eyes will become even more close set(small ipd) and that will fuck symmetry up even op doesnt have it any better tho
