When I joined, a group of people who were very close and friendly with each other. I was new, so I started talking to them slowly and trying to fit in.
There were three men in that group Z, B, and D.
Z was experienced and responsible. He was often given extra duties, almost like a class monitor. He was friendly with me, and we had a few normal chill conversations.
One day, we were sitting in the cafeteria. I saw a girl on his phone feed and casually said that I found her cute. I asked him to tell me about her sometime. He didn’t mind and reacted normally. Later, I even shared her profile link on my phone. This happened about a week ago.
The second person, B, once said that he embraces a feminine quality in himself. I casually wondered about that and asked him about it.
The third person, D, has a habit of jumping to conclusions and forming his own ideas without fully understanding things.
He said to HR that I am insensitive person and make people feel bad on purpose jfl.
Now coming to the other incidents.
One girl asked me about my dating life. I told her honestly that I am not dating anyone. After that, her behavior felt a bit uncomfortable, like something changed.
Another girl, who is Bengali and from a village near Nepal, got offended when I asked her if she knew the Nepali language. I asked it casually, but she didn’t take it well.
There was also one person maybe he was trans or gay whose appearance confused me. He had a beard but also wore eye makeup and had a feminine body structure. I asked him directly whether he was a boy or a girl. He got offended by this question.
All of these incidents were small and happened separately over time, mostly about a week ago. But one day, all of them came together and complained about me, bringing up these situations together. And they 6 people made a team and went to HR and I got scolded for 1 hr
I was humiliated and ashamed of myself.
Is there anyone with more bad luck than me?
Even if I get job I keep getting problems in life.
I was trying to be NT but they wanted my ass fired for some reason.
Nobody came in my support not even 1 single guy.
And that girl convinced everyone to go against me.
I think .org will also betray me i am not sure but I can never trust anyone after this.
Why tf am I sharing it here nobody gaf.
Its over when people make alliance to go against you in a team.
