Maritime SEA states used to be ruled by Dharmic kingdoms in the past. Until the arrival of an Abrahamic faith, they have just converted to the faith recently in the 14th-15th century, partly due to the decline of local Dharmic empire. They are quite numerous and they control the strait. Bharat should take the SEA mujeet monkey threats seriously. It took the Spainiards 7 centuries to retake their civilization back. Bharat needs to do the same gradually through economical , technological, cultural means and the military mean as the last resort.
