no offence but thats not very good. im sameish height with 20inch bidelt, the best thing to help probably is just put on muscle. you can easily add 2inch in a year

Extremely low.

One way to test how much you can gain is to roll your shoulders forward to make them wider and measure it again. That’s how much you can add with back exercises like chin ups, roughly.

Then, you can probably consider to add 2-3cm per side by training deltoid if you’re completely untrained. Could be more with steroids.

also you 100% measured wrong. 16.5" bidelt at 185cm is female tier, 16.5" is the average biacromial width of a fully grown man.
just lift and get fit, looking imposing is just being tall, not about having the widest shoulders, and having wide shoulders is about biacromial width & small hips, not how meaty your shoulders are

I don’t know, I didn’t know about bideltoid back then. I think it was extremely narrow though.

Try working it out, but you're clearly narrow, your bidelt size is like below average biacromial size for that height, unless your waist doesn't exist your frame is death tier

very similar to me. bidelt is average / slightly below average but easily fixable with hypertrophy of the deltoid. Probably can add about 1-2 inches
