How do i get rid of my cheeks it ruins my face it mames me look bloated i want hollow cheeks really need help

Coconut water works, just check the nutritional facts cause different brands have different levels of sodium and potassium. Look for the one with the highest potassium and lowest sodium. You can also just get potassium powder. Gluconate works best cause it's gentler on the gut and wont cause a watery stool in higher amounts. Another option for debloating that works great is epleronone

the 4:1 potassium sodium might acc be dangerous i woudlnt rec doing it long term cuz its bad for ur kidneys i would do everything iwth moderation obv have a potassium surplus but these ngas just do shi without any research
