I am recessed by around probably 20-15 MM and need a rotation of 20 MM. My mother is taking me to the ENT Today so I could get my nose checked for a Deviated septum. (I’ve been mouth breathing while sleeping) I want to get referred for a sleep study for a CPAP to help with my growth. But I plan on also getting the surgery for my septum, which would probably be Septorhinoplasty. But should I try to get my way to Bimax by mentioning my airway feels tight, I have trouble breathing through my neck it feels super compressed?

Yes, the CPAP they will give me to take home is hospital issued aswell
