Big ears

Since I was young I always had big ass ears. Everyone always told me I look fine but they’re honestly my biggest insecurity. They protrude hella and everytime I get a haircut they stand out even more. Is there any way to softmaxx these to make them stick out less?

if you can move your ears, and this is a movement of the ear muscles, you can tone them, which will make them more drawn out, just like the user above said, this is hair, you can look at Davon Salvatore, he had the same ears, but most likely he had surgery
