Big height diff in my family

My grandma is like 4’10 JFL and her sister is 5’2

and another one is 5’0 and other one is 5’5

they are siblings

is this normal?

And im 6’1 you would think this is normal but heres the thing im still 14 and my plates are open
I even have this one friend whos like 6’3 but his dad is 5’9 and his mom like 5’6

no, its ez explanation. His father was probally underfed cuz they used to be poor and bad nutrients bad sleep. While my friend can now eat whayever he wants jow
Same thing with my dad. He was also very poor.
Its just his father didnt reach his genetic potential but he did i guess
