I’m 14 and I think about 5”9.
Im so tired of feeling so short. All the girls are shorter than but only by a little, and if not, they are the same height as me but I want to be able to look down on them. 50% lot of boys in my school are true manlets and are even shorter than the girls - however there are 10 boys who are over 6 foot and truly make me feel so tiny and worthless next to them. Don’t even tell me to blast HGH or IGF-1 cause I ain’t got access. I’ve started doing sprints a few tea per week because I’ve heard that it increases GH temporarily by 450%. I also heard that directly after increases testosterone levels too? I need to know if this is true and if I should start implementing Masai jumps to stimulate osteoblast activity in the legs too.
