Like don't skip leg day obviously but don't stress over missing out on a little bit of leg gains. Imo all u need to do is ssb squats and rdls once or twice a week and that's all for legs lmao. Anything else ur just wasting time in the gym for something that's gonna make ur dick look smaller.

It has to be a psyop in the gym community to shame guys into having huge legs to make their dick look small.

But training them also can make a big impact on ur daily calorie intake bcs ur legs have the biggest muscles in ur body and if u train them allot and hard u will burn allot of cals

bro all i've noticed with this tho is im just hungrier all the fucking time. Like "oh bro it increases ur daily calorie intake" ok yea but in turn im fucking hungry 24/7 now so it counteracts that benefit.
