Like don't skip leg day obviously but don't stress over missing out on a little bit of leg gains. Imo all u need to do is ssb squats and rdls once or twice a week and that's all for legs lmao. Anything else ur just wasting time in the gym for something that's gonna make ur dick look smaller.
