Big problem with mewing

When i mew, only half of my tongue actually sticks and suctions to the roof of the palate.

Is there something i can do or is it over?

Mewing is cope.

And the reason for your problem is your palate width. You most likely have narrow palate so you need an expander, this is the only solution.
