Biggest obstacle to lean maxxing

I thought you'd be skinny and soft looking with no abs like me. Looks like 12% to me, if you have abs that defined leanmaxxing won't do much further for you
Let me cope. My ab genes are really good I don’t have vascularity or lean face my abs just pop out. The fatter I am the better bc more room for improvement

If I don’t eat at or close to my maintenance I get mega insomnia. If I’m even slightly hungry it can keep me up for hours until I cave in and pig out. I’d rather lose a day of caloric deficit than a night of sleep.

Makes it hard af to stay consistent with weight loss. It’s like my body is refusing to let me drop weight even tho I’m still around 15%. I carry a lot of fat in my face like a subhuman. I think I’d benefit a lot from dropping another ten pounds.

For a sleep supplement I take gorilla dream by MPMD but that doesn’t cut it if I’m hungry. Even when I was on ambien I’d sometimes fall asleep and then wake up hungry early in the morning.

Does anyone else experience this or have suggestions?
Missing electrolytes?
 
Try one meal a day diet within a few hours of bed. Works for me, I also can't sleep when hungry. Basically fast all day, and have all your calories within like 2-4 hours before bed, thus you are going to bed with a full stomach.

I drink like 1500 mg of caffeine a day to constantly keep my awarness and focus at max, then the inevitable crash comes exactly when im about to sleep. Works well, ive lived this way for 5 years

how much time between your last coffee and bed?
