Bimatoprost/Latisse and fat loss

I desperately need long eyelashes, but losing fat really scares me because my skin is already thin.
Some nigger here uses Vaseline on the skin around his eyes.
I need experience from people who use this. Have you noticed any fat loss? How often do your eyelashes touch your skin? What do you use to prevent this?
