Bimax after Cantho?

I already had Rhino and Cantho (lower lid retraction) and I'm very, very happy with the results. Currently thinking about bimax with ccw, the thing really worrying me is that the previous successful surgery results will be negatively affected by the maxillary movement and swelling.

I also heard repeatedly that revisional rhino is a lot more unforgiving and I think uncanny nose results from multiple rhinos are a gigantic looksmin and normies will massacre you for it

opinions on the matter?

I am also interested in this as I'm thinking of bimax ccw but I did rhino which took of 8mm to make my nose straightened and I'm worried it will absolutely fuck my nose. Are you more worried about your eye area or nose area after bimax? Also are you recessed?

You should have had bimax before rhino, ccw makes your nose more upturned. If you had a crooked nose, a bimax alone could have fixed it.

I think most surgeons reccomend doing bimax and rhino in one surgery.

I know that, its standard procedure.

Rhino was a necessity and I'm amazed with the result tbh, similar with cantho. I think eye area is life anyway

tbh bimax is a way tougher choice as the risk (chronic pain, nerve damage, botched or unharmonious result), swelling, cost etc is probably not worth a somewhat better side profile as my recession isnt too severe. But I will consider it if it will not f up nose and eye area of which I am scared to shit
