just saw a vid and a surgeon said bimax could worsen gonial angle. how true is that? if its true its so cuck. youd need jaw angle implantsd after fs
 
depends how it done.

what do you mean by worsen making it to low or too high?
 
too high. mine is a bit higher then ideal atm so that wont be nice
