You absolutely can and many surgeons do exactly this.

It's the current gold standard.

That's the only reason his results look so good.

It's not that he's some master jaw surgeon.

He just adds jaw angle implants to give gonial support, smoothen the mandible and correct asymmetry.

He's seriously nothing special.

Yes. My frontal profile is fine, but my side profile is wack. I’ve been recommended Bimax and they are even hinting at Jaw Angle Implants. Which worries me, but if it makes me look better sure. It makes sense as you can’t exactly get a strong gonial with Bimax or even Chin Wing. It’s the only way if you’re weak/narrow there.

Correct me if I’m wrong, I’m no expert just basing off the research I’ve done for my own surgery.
