Not descension, but not an optimal outcome either. Guy needed to fix his biprotrusion with extractions then get CCW instead of getting paranasal implants in my opinion. But I gotta say he leveraged the lower jaw very well, didn't know this osteostomy was possible.

This is what people mean when they say chin wing destroys your gonial angles. This guy literally killed his single redeeming halo to slightly improve his side profile.
Never get a chin wing unless it's the mini variant where the cut only goes to the mid-mandible or if you gonial angle is already bad and you don't care to fix it.
