Bimax/CCW May 2021: will chewing gum hard after, increase chances of relapse? Rates of relapse for Bimax/CCW procedures?

Very specific question here:

I'm slated for Bimax/CCW next month,

what are the chances of me relapsing, months or even years after the operation, if I ever decide to chew gum hard, for some period of time?

My thinking here is, mainly, chewing hard will activate masseter hypetrophy, which may lead to the progress from CCW especially, being reversed?

(CW pull from the masseter muscle on mandible and maxilla).
