trimax , like what is even this question ngas want to change there bones without surgery , how u can have 100iq and think that it is logical

i literally mentioned with or without surgery, im aware that surgery is possibly the only way

you can get a bit of ccw by intruding molars with braces but otherwise only hardmax

It honestly doesn't matter whether you choose traditional braces, Damon, or even Invisalign, as the type of braces itself won't drive the molar intrusion. To get any noticeable counter-clockwise rotation, the key is using TADs (Temporary Anchorage Devices) to provide proper skeletal anchorage.

The process is straightforward: the orthodontist places two mini-screws directly into the bone around the molars on each side, and an elastic band runs from these screws to your braces. This creates a direct, constant force that pushes the molars into the bone.
